Requirements to Join Our Team:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a 2015 or newer fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Pass a background check (MVR, criminal, and drug screening).
• Hold a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration.
• Maintain commercial auto insurance with $100,000 coverage (Crosstown Couriers listed as additional insured).
• Obtain cargo insurance ($5,000 minimum coverage).
• Secure occupational accident insurance.
• Get HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen certification.
• Sign the Independent Contractor Agreement and submit all necessary documents.
